Formal Carl Meyers Black Herringbone

This formal is offered at a great price and is in wonderful condition. There is a nice long inseam in the jods and is perfect for a taller rider.  A panel, which is shown, has been added to the jods.  If you did not need the extra room in the waist, this could come back in to eliminate this completely.
